Naturally Wild Alaskan Salmon, sustainably caught off the coast of Alaska, are immediately rushed to our smokehouse within days of being caught, where only premium salmon are individually selected for our smoking process. Once selected, the salmon are hand filleted and then marinated in an all-natural brine of our unique,   full-flavored seasonings.
